LÚMENA Medical Wellness was founded with a vision to bring elevated, medically guided wellness and aesthetic care to Arlington, Mansfield, and the greater DFW community. We provide a calm, supportive environment where patients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their care.

Founded by Rebecca Acosta, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, LÚMENA combines extensive clinical experience with a personalized, patient-centered approach. Rebecca has worked in nursing since 2013, with a clinical background in pediatric nephrology and dialysis and advanced practice experience in cardiology.

Our services include IV hydration, iron infusions, vitamin injections, medical weight management, hormone support, NAD+ therapy, RF microneedling, aesthetic injectables, and advanced recovery therapies. Every treatment begins with an appropriate medical assessment and is delivered with precision, integrity, and attention to each patient’s individual needs.
