Consultation
Every service at LÚMENA Medical Wellness begins with a personalized consultation. During your visit, your provider will review your health history, wellness goals, and treatment options to develop a plan that is safe, appropriate, and tailored to you.
This is also an opportunity to ask questions and explore services including wellness therapies, IV hydration, aesthetic treatments, weight management, and hormone support.

Payment & Financing
LÚMENA Medical Wellness is a cash-based practice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.
Pricing transparency is provided prior to treatment, and consultation visits allow your provider to recommend the most appropriate services based on your goals.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to manage scheduling and offer availability to other clients.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
