Eligibility Requirements

LÚMENA Medical Wellness provides services to adult clients 18 years of age and older who meet medical eligibility criteria. Pregnancy is considered a contraindication for most IV and injectable therapies unless cleared by a licensed medical provider.

Athlete Exception: Select hydration services may be available for student athletes ages 15 and older with parental consent and provider assessment.
